QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in software development, business, or construction-related field, with three (3) years of in-depth database management in support of construction program/project management, capital improvement planning/forecasting, contract administration, schedule, and budget management OR
• High School diploma or equivalent with ten (10) years of related experience

Major Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as a database administrator for construction project management software (CPMS).
• Serve as CPMS trainer for internal and external users.
• Maintains facility condition assessment and educational adequacy assessment data to support and enhance support services of the school district.
• Works cooperatively with the organization in the implementation of educational adequacy and building component standards.
• Assist in communicating information regarding district facilities, long-range capital plans, and construction projects to district personnel.
• Displays professionalism in dealing with staff and the community.
